Who it is for
This consultation is for people already using peptides who want a physician to review what they take, and for people considering peptides who want an honest view of the evidence and risks before deciding. It is also for anyone unsure whether a symptom could be related to a product they use. The visit is confidential and free of judgment.
What we review
We review every peptide, medication and supplement you take, and where each product came from. We go through the evidence for and against each one, known and possible side effects, interactions with your medicines and health conditions, and the red-flag symptoms that mean you should stop and seek care.
Labs and monitoring
Baseline and follow-up laboratory tests are chosen for what you take and your health history, not from a standard panel. Ongoing monitoring tracks how you are doing over time. We explain clearly when to stop a product and when to seek urgent care. We do not provide dosing, protocols or schedules for any product.
Product quality
Products sold online as "research use only" are not made for people and may be impure, mislabeled or contaminated, and the label may not match what is in the vial. Knowing where a product came from is part of judging its risk.
Options available now
Some peptide medicines are FDA-approved for specific uses: semaglutide (Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Zepbound) for chronic weight management, tesamorelin (Egrifta) for reducing excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy, and bremelanotide (Vyleesi, PT-141) for low sexual desire in premenopausal women. These and other lawful options are considered only after assessment. Availability changes as federal rules change, and we review current options at your visit. Prescribing is never guaranteed.
